Living with anxiety can be little difficult. Sometimes it feels like even the smallest things make your mind heavy. But you do not always need to take most complicated steps to get relief. Sometimes small and simple habits make a biggest difference.

Like taking deep breaths for a while, taking a short walk, writing down your own thoughts, or just giving yourself a break. These small things don't take up much time in a day, but slowly they start to lighten your mind.
